Specific Requirements (For New Students)
- Form 138
- NSAT Result
- High School Diploma
- Certificate of good moral character from the principal or head teacher or guidance counselor.
- Original copy of Baptismal and Birth Certificates
- Medical and Dental clearance including chest x-ray, Laboratory examination.
Admission Requirements
Students considered for admission are those with valid credentials, satisfactory past conduct and performance and meeting other admission perquisites. The school reserves the right to refuse admission to students whose moral and academic standings are found not acceptable based on the School's standards.
Admission Procedure
- Take the entrance examination c/o Guidance Office
- Get results on the scheduled time
- Subject to interview by the designated interviewer
- Secure registration form from the Registrar's Office
- Fill up registration Forms and submit it to the Registrars for Assessment subjects.
- Submit to the Department head for approval /signature
